    I found Patrick when I moved to town and needed to add more fitness to my usual career focused routine.(I just turned 60.) He has been very influential and my training with free weights and identifying how I can add strength and flexibility and nutrition boosts into my daily life. I have seen really solid results and am motivated to return twice a week without fail. Thank you!

    I’ve been training with Patrick for over 3 years now and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgeable, well-rounded, and good-hearted trainer. I tend to ask a lot of questions to understand what each exercise is working and how it all ties together, and it’s very clear that Patrick 1-knows his stuff and 2-is passionate about what he does. His coaching style with me primarily uses positive reinforcement, and he does a good job of checking in each week on my overall daily health habits to help keep me accountable. On the personal side, Patrick is empathetic and a good listener, playing the role of part time unofficial therapist very well while I work through the various stresses of the week. I would definitely recommend Patrick as a trainer!
